It was such a pleasure speaking at the Cheshire Ladies in Business event last night, brilliantly hosted by Synergy Recruitment Ltd, with Yasmin Bentley and Marie Williams-Spalding. π
The energy in the room was vibrant, the smiles were contagious, and the engagement made it easy to forget it was a school night!
My session focused on the things we often overlook in ourselves. From quiet influence and emotional intelligence to problem-solving under pressure and the confidence to speak up (even when our voice shakes), it was great to see so many ladies recognising their own hidden skills around the room.
