Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of attending The National PA Awards – and what an unforgettable evening it was!

I was joined by my wonderful BeCoS Be Chief of Success clients from Russell-Cooke LLP, Pru Singer and Kate Hamilton, as well as Candice Saunders from Salford Primary Care Together. Both Pru and Candy were nominated for two categories – The Cultural Impact Award and The Champion of Change Award. And to top off an already inspiring evening, Candy took home the win in her category! A huge congratulations to both of these remarkable women. ✨

One thing that truly struck me throughout the ceremony was the energy, passion, and deep appreciation for a profession that forms the backbone of every organisation. The business support community – administrators, PAs, and EAs – was celebrated with the fun and recognition it absolutely deserves.

These roles are demanding, and I’ve been in them myself, so I know first hand how often their impact can be overlooked. Seeing powerhouse organisations such as KPMG, Deloitte, PwC, Eversheds Sutherland LLP, and Russell-Cooke LLP champion these roles so visibly shows just how far the culture of recognition has come.

This progress is driven by the incredible voices in our industry who continue to elevate the stars that make a real difference every day!
